Hey, I don’t make the news, I just report it. I am sure there must be more to the story, but as reported by KCTV5 in Kansas City, Tonopah Valley High School in Tonapah, Arizona was forced to cancel their entire football season. The reason given was straightforward: the school doesn’t have enough eligible players. Eligibility became a question because of the recently launched investigation into allegations that sexual misconduct involving students occurred in July during a football camp in Williams.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, detectives have been working with the Williams Police Department, calling the circumstances surrounding the allegations “complex.”
How complex? Authorities had noted that investigators were looking into reports of “dry humping” at the camp and on Friday added that other details could not be released without potentially compromising the investigation and privacy of those involved.
Alrighty then…
JM: The superintendent added that the district is exploring other opportunities for the affected student-athletes, including workout programs, along with other opportunities for cheerleaders and band members.
Let’s hope the “other opportunities” do not include “dry humping.”
JM: My first thought after reading this headline was that it must be a distraught Florida Gator football fan. Instead, it appears to be a homeless man who committed suicide. Such a sad, strange way to go.
JM: I do not know much about Hasan Piker, other than he is a left-wing podcaster. Apparently, he had amnesia when speaking about his hatred of America. The things you say are out there forever when you are a podcaster or broadcaster. Guess this guy is too stupid to realize that.
JM: In other weird news, the stabbing in Times Square in New York City is pretty strange. When I heard a Vice President of Bank of America was a murder victim, I thought that it must be a targeted attack. It appears that this crazy lady just started randomly stabbing people. Her brother was interviewed after the incident and said that she had been dealing with mental issues. No, really?
JM: I have a bunch of questions about this video. The police have her surrounded. She still decided to charge at them with the knives. The police tried to taze her, but she kept coming. Then they fired on her, shooting her in the chest. She went to the ground. She was no longer a threat, but the first thing the police did was handcuff her with both hands behind her back. Why the need to handcuff her if she was shot in the chest and fell to the ground? I’m sure it is some protocol that they are trained to do it that way, but it doesn’t make it any less strange to watch. Here is another angle of the incident that shows the police performing CPR on the victim after they shot her.,,
JM: I think I will stay away from Times Square for the rest of my life.
JM: How does an argument over green chiles lead someone to shoot someone else? No doubt there were some deeper underlying issues between these two. There are some horrible ways to die, but eating a couple of spicy enchiladas and then being shot to death has to be near the top of the list.
JM: Nobody ever accused politicians of being smart, but this is the definition of “dumb.” Were they oblivious to the fact that they were standing on the yellow “do not stand here” line? Karma came within a foot or two of dealing with these two numbskulls.
